!
Never Send Us Your Trading Master Password

Unless specifically required through a secure, authorized process, users should never send RazerTrade a broker master password, withdrawal password, banking password, seed phrase, private key or other credentials that could authorize withdrawal or transfer of funds. Read-only Investor Passwords should be used for monitoring where appropriate.

Section 03

How We Use Information

Personal information may be processed for legitimate business, contractual, security, legal and customer-service purposes, including:

  • Processing product orders and providing purchased services.
  • Creating, activating, maintaining and verifying product licenses.
  • Providing customer service and technical support.
  • Responding to inquiries, requests and communications.
  • Maintaining website functionality, reliability and security.
  • Detecting fraud, misuse, unauthorized access or security incidents.
  • Maintaining necessary business, transaction and support records.
  • Improving products, documentation and user experience.
  • Complying with applicable laws, lawful requests and legal obligations.
  • Sending service-related notifications or, where permitted, communications you have requested or consented to receive.
Section 04

Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, RazerTrade may process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Contractual necessity — to provide a product or service you requested or purchased.
  • Legitimate interests — such as securing our website, preventing abuse, supporting customers and improving our services, where those interests are not overridden by applicable privacy rights.
  • Consent — where consent is requested and legally required.
  • Legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful authority request.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the consent was withdrawn.

Section 05

Payments & Financial Information

Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers or financial-service providers. Depending on the payment method, payment details may be processed directly by those providers rather than stored by RazerTrade.

RazerTrade does not request that customers provide online banking passwords, wallet private keys, cryptocurrency seed phrases or other credentials that would allow RazerTrade to control a customer’s financial assets.

Transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary for order verification, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.

Section 06

Cookies & Website Technologies

RazerTrade may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality. These may include:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for website functionality, security, sessions or shopping-cart operation.
  • Preference cookies used to remember selected website settings.
  • Analytics cookies that may help us understand website usage and improve performance.
  • Third-party technologies that may be activated when users interact with embedded or external services.

Where legally required, non-essential cookies should be used subject to applicable consent or opt-out requirements. Browser settings may also allow users to block or delete certain cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Section 07

Third-Party Services

RazerTrade may interact with or provide links to independent third-party services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may independently collect or process information when you use their services.

Examples may include:

  • Hosting, security, email and website infrastructure providers.
  • WooCommerce or other website commerce technologies.
  • Payment and transaction service providers.
  • Brokers and trading-service providers.
  • VPS and hosting providers.
  • SignalStart and WeCopyTrade.
  • Myfxbook and ShowMyTrades.
  • Telegram and other communication services.
  • Analytics, performance or security tools where used.

RazerTrade is not responsible for the privacy practices, security procedures or independent processing activities of third-party websites or services. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing them with personal information.

Section 08

Affiliate & Referral Links

Certain RazerTrade pages may contain affiliate or referral links to brokers, VPS providers or other third-party services.

When you follow an affiliate or referral link, the relevant third party may use cookies, referral identifiers or similar technologies to recognize that the visit originated from RazerTrade. RazerTrade may receive a referral commission or other commercial benefit where applicable.

The third party remains responsible for its own account registration process, personal-data handling, terms, products and services.

Section 09

When Information May Be Shared

RazerTrade does not use the sale of customer personal information as a business model. Personal information may, however, be disclosed where reasonably necessary for the operation of our services or where legally permitted or required.

This may include disclosure to:

  • Service providers supporting website hosting, security, communications, payments or technical operations.
  • Professional advisers such as legal, accounting or compliance providers where necessary.
  • Authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is required by valid legal process.
  • Parties involved in preventing or investigating fraud, security incidents, misuse or unlawful activity.
  • A successor organization in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.
Section 10

Data Retention

RazerTrade retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing products and support, maintaining licenses, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining necessary records and meeting applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, relationship with the customer, legal requirements, security needs and whether information is required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Information may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Section 11

Data Security

RazerTrade uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse or loss.

However, no internet transmission, website, server, email, messaging service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should therefore protect their own devices, account credentials and access information.

If RazerTrade becomes aware of a personal-data incident, appropriate steps may be taken to investigate, contain and respond to the incident and to make notifications where required under applicable law.

Section 12

International Data Processing

RazerTrade operates online and may use service providers located in different countries. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the user’s country of residence.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, RazerTrade will seek to use appropriate contractual, organizational or other legally recognized safeguards.

Users who voluntarily access third-party brokers, monitoring platforms, communication services or copy trading platforms may also cause their information to be processed according to those providers’ locations and privacy policies.

Section 13

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information.
  • Request access to personal information held about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and legitimate retention requirements.
  • Request restriction of certain processing where applicable.
  • Object to certain processing where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Request portability of eligible personal information where applicable.
  • Exercise applicable rights regarding sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.
  • Submit a complaint to an appropriate data-protection or regulatory authority where such a right exists.

Privacy rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. RazerTrade may need to verify the identity of a requester before fulfilling certain requests in order to protect customer information against unauthorized disclosure.

Section 14

California Privacy Notice

If applicable California privacy law applies to RazerTrade and to a particular user, eligible California residents may have rights such as requesting information about personal information collected, requesting deletion or correction, and exercising applicable rights concerning sale or sharing of personal information.

RazerTrade will not discriminate against eligible users solely because they exercise privacy rights available to them under applicable law.

Requests may be submitted to support@razertrade.com. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal information.

Section 15

Children & Minors

RazerTrade products and trading-related services are intended for adults who are legally permitted to enter into relevant financial and contractual arrangements.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing trading products or services. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been provided contrary to applicable requirements, we may take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information as appropriate.

Section 16

Third-Party Links

The RazerTrade website contains links to independent websites and services. Clicking an external link means you are leaving the RazerTrade-controlled website environment.

RazerTrade does not control the privacy policies, cookies, security practices, terms or content of independent third-party services. Access to external websites is subject to the policies and terms established by those providers.

Section 17

Changes to This Privacy Policy

RazerTrade may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, technology, third-party services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page together with the applicable “Last Updated” date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the website after an update does not waive privacy rights that cannot legally be waived. Where consent or another specific action is legally required for a material change, appropriate steps will be taken.

Section 18

To request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance relating to personal information processed directly by RazerTrade, contact us through our official support email.

Please provide enough information for us to understand and process your request. For security reasons, RazerTrade may request reasonable verification before disclosing, modifying or deleting personal information.
